Please be mindful of the below timeframes for production of items before placing an order. These timeframes are from approval of artwork which will take an additional 7-10 business days depending on time of year and your response speed. These are estimate times and we will do our best to get it to you quicker where possible. 

Standard and White Ink - 7 to 10 business days

Gold and Silver - 3 weeks

Foil and Letterpress - 4 weeks

If you need any items earlier than this, please contact us and we can see if we can fit you in within the timeframe you have. Please note this will incur a rush processing fee. If you place an order and don’t allow for these timeframes from your event date, you may be refunded or charged a rush processing fee.

• Three rounds of digital proofs. Please carefully proof read your wording before submitting it to us as we will design your first proof exactly as specified in your order. 


• Additional revisions after the first three will incur a $50 fee per proof

The initial displayed price of $0 will change upon selection of each variable (i.e. quantity, shape, cardstock, ink etc). Each variation will display an add on price if applicable with +$$ next to the option. 

Once in your cart, you will see the main product with the description of all of your selections with the starting price of $0 next to it. Followed by all of your selected variations with the add on price. 

The subtotal (sum of all selected variations) will display at the bottom of the page. 

• We always recommend ordering extra invites for those 'maybe' guests, keepsakes and photography details on the day.

• Count your guest list as couples or households to get your quantity total because Mum, Dad and brother Billy don't need individual invites if they live in the same household. 

• The fonts cannot be changed from the design chosen. Layouts may be altered to fit your text and/or names. If you want a different font and/or layouts to what you see, a design fee will apply.

• If you have any questions, please read our Order guide under 'The Info’

• If you have chosen envelope printing, this means that we will print your guest addresses onto the envelope using one of our envelope designs. 

• We will send you our excel spreadsheet once we receive your order for you to fill out with your guests names and addresses exactly as the example in the document shows. Please delete these examples of different ways you could write the names before entering your guest list. If you have not filled out the spreadsheet correctly, you may be charged a re-formatting fee. 

• All standard shipping Australia wide is free.

• International shipping is available for an additional fee calculated at checkout.
