Acrylic Luggage Tags

Please be mindful of the below timeframes for production of items before placing an order. These timeframes are from approval of artwork which will take an additional 7-10 business days depending on time of year and your response speed. These are estimate times and we will do our best to get it to you quicker where possible. 

We need your final guest names 5 weeks out. This allows time for final approval of designs before being sent to print 4 weeks out to ensure we get your printed items in time. Below are production timeframes depending on print method and product.

If you need any items earlier than this, please contact us and we can see if we can fit you in within the timeframe you have. Please note this will incur a rush processing fee. If you place an order and don’t allow for these timeframes from your event date, you may be refunded or charged a rush processing fee.

• Single sided 40 x 90 mm printed acrylic luggage tag

• Ribbon is not included in the price and is an additional add on. If chiffon ribbon was selected, this is a raw edge chiffon material 4cm x 27cm unfolded. If satin ribbon was selected, this is a double sided satin finish 12mm x 27cm unfolded.

• Three rounds of digital proofs. Please carefully proof read your wording before submitting it to us as we will design your first proof exactly as specified in your order. 


• Additional revisions after the first three will incur a $50 fee per proof

For all guest names we require you to use our excel template. This can either be emailed to us after placing the order or within the timeframes provided.

The initial displayed price of $0 will change upon selection of each variable (i.e. quantity, shape, cardstock, ink etc). Each variation will display an add on price if applicable with +$$ next to the option. 

Once in your cart, you will see the main product with the description of all of your selections with the starting price of $0 next to it. Followed by all of your selected variations with the add on price. 

The subtotal (sum of all selected variations) will display at the bottom of the page. 

• We always recommend ordering extra tags for those 'maybe' guests, keepsakes and photography details on the day.

• The ribbon shown in the images is for mockup purposes only. Ribbon is not included in the quantity price and is an additional add on which you will be prompted to select an option when choosing your variants to checkout.

• The fonts cannot be changed from the design chosen. Layouts may be altered to fit your text and/or names. If you want a different font and/or layouts to what you see, a design fee will apply.
