Save The Dates

Once you have confirmed your date & location, we suggest ordering & sending your save the date invitations 9-12 months before your wedding, and a 12 month minimum for destination weddings.

Sending out save the dates is important for those wanting to give their guests advance notice, which is particularly important for couples who have guests coming from overseas.
Extra notice for destination weddings is important so your guests have time to arrange their travel plans.

RSVP's

Paper RSVP’s are out, digital RSVP’s are in.
In order to make sure your wedding website is ready to go when you send out your invitations, we suggest ordering your websites around 6 weeks before you intend to order your invitations. This ensures we have your URL and any information we may need for your design.

We recommend ordering your on the day stationery (menus, placecards, coasters) 5 weeks in advance. This ensures you have received your RSVP’s back and will know your guest list for variable names.

For RSVP’s, we recommend no less than 6 weeks before the wedding to finalise all numbers for your on the day stationery.

Invitations

  • We suggest ordering your invitations 6-7 months in advance and sending them to guests 4-5 months before the wedding.
    For destination weddings, we suggest ordering 7-8 months in advance and sending out to guests 5-6 months before.

    You might be thinking “That’s a long way out from the wedding, are you sure?” - It might sound like it’s too early, but you need to take into account the design process, the printing process & postage which all adds time to the order.

    For RSVP’s, we recommend no less than 6 weeks before the wedding to finalise all numbers for your on the day stationery.

On The Day

We recommend ordering your on the day stationery (menus, placecards, coasters) 5 weeks in advance. This ensures you have received your RSVP’s back and will know your guest list for variable names.

We also recommend ordering 10-15 ‘blanks’ incase your guest list changes at the last minute.

Signage

All our rigid, acrylic and linen signage takes 4 weeks to create. We require all guest lists and information 5 weeks prior to your event date. You can of course order your signage earlier and we create your rough design mockups before then imputing final details 5 weeks prior. This then means we will have final approval of any mockups around the 5 week mark to then send off to print on the 4 week mark.

Hire - Signage, Table Numbers & Accessories

For our Hire goods, we recommend placing your order request the same time you order your invitations, 5-6 months in advance.
To finalise everything, we will get in contact with you 4 weeks in advance to confirm any information we may need for your hire items.

We recommend ordering these items in advance as spots fill up fast and we want to ensure you secure a spot in our hire schedule.
